By William Rosellini – Entrepreneurs are busy. You have a team to assemble, a product to build, capital to raise — but there’s a lot more to launching and running a business than just that. There’s defining your capital strategy, setting the right KPIs, branding yourself, and often that’s all before you’re even off of the ground.
We know those struggles. We know there is no other place that sets founders or CEOs up for the challenges they’ll face as they look to launch and eventually scale their business. That is how CEO Launchpad came to be.
A six-week intensive course, CEO Launchpad covers everything from the fundamentals to the intricacies that any startup entrepreneur can stand to benefit from learning. Though the course is primarily targeted at technology companies, it is the added resources, as well as the community available to you, that can prove invaluable irrespective of your niche and how far along into the process you are.
Available for you to do at your own pace, the course consists of video lessons of up to 1 hour, each delving into the information you need to know, but probably didn’t. The program includes downloadable resources such as templates, processes, and more, all saving you the time and money that you can pour right back into your company. You’ll have live Q&As with others who have been where you are; entrepreneurs that have raised upwards of $100m between them.
How often do you think about your pro forma statements, and in how much detail? Where do you even start? We’re giving you free access to a 25-minute deep-dive into what you will need to consider. Get that here, along with your downloadable financial modeling template, valued at $1,500 and yours to keep for free.
Take Liwen Yaacoby, the founder and CEO of SaaS company, Wymsical (Wault), and proud success story of our CEO Launchpad. Upon completion of the course, she led the company in closing $300,000; added to her non-dilutive financing pipeline by learning how to optimize her CARES Act application, and refined her NSF SBIR application. All from taking a six-week course built out of years of hands-on experience and expertise.
Liwen is one of many who have benefited from the tools and information available through this course. Your business needs a fighting chance to succeed; you simply cannot afford to go in blind or neglect these other areas of launch and eventual growth.
